Um... I think it was an error
I find it funny that this happens right after or at least not too long after Freddy has recovered. It's such a sudden occurrence that it almost feels like it was a last-minute event just to set things into motion to stop Dark GR Freddy. I just hope it doesn't take forever for Freddy and the others to piece together what's going on.
Oh yeah to let you guys know Digi aka Funtime Freddy reason why he’s sometimes never on is because he has a baby to take care of so… yeah he has to do his business as a father

"Becoming one once again" I mean Shadow Toy chica was made by Shadow Freddy and maybe if you try to separate them when they were still freshly born it could work but i suppose the best you can do is make them one together and the same, at least that way we wont have to worry about shadow toy chica shenanigans anymore
