- The plaintiff is suing the defendant for emotional distress and is petitioning the court for a paternity test, claiming the defendant is her son’s father. However, the defendant says the plaintiff told both him and another man that they were the boy’s father. He is now countersuing the plaintiff for emotional distress.

It is outrageous for this man to be incarcerated for 9years just for illegal processing firearms. Even some murderers serve less.
I agree but just to play Devil's advocate, he was a repeat offender several times over from his own acknowledgment. So keep that in mind. Undoubtedly, he would have served less time if this was his first rodeo.

Judge Mathis is an honest man for speaking about the recently passed legislation on criminal justice reform. Its not easy to give Trump credit, but it was an important first step to start making mandatory sentencing and punitive punishment end for good!

Please watch divorce court and look at dv statistics which show that the most dangerous time for a victim of DV is when she leaves because he more likely than not he will retaliate. So leaving doesn't guarantee your safety. On top of that, physical abuse doesn't stop you from loving someone. You hate what they do but love them and that is a difficult thing to deal with. Physical abuse very rarely occurs in isolation, it often occurs with emotional abuse which is the main problem. Not only are you scared of this person but you are ashamed, blaming yourself and feeling like you can't survive without him

My mom did this to my sister and I can see that it affects her to this day. She has done the heritage DNA tests etc just to try and get as much justification as she can for how she feels. But all evidence points to our father being the same... except for that tiny voice in the back of her head from when my mom lied to her...
