I think yes it will be there in upcoming years...it will take time for all government offices to come up with high technological advancements. Moreover, stenos do not just take dictations anymore, they are proving to be efficient dealing hands in all matters. Also they draft an entire matter on the basis of one or two points from the officer. That kind of skill is otherwise rare

@@88aqib yes definitely you should start now as minimum qualification for exam is 10+2. By the time you graduate you will be able to sit for the exam too
