Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a refreshing soup noodle dish coming from Cagayan that is called Miki Niladit. This savoury recipe is packed with flavors from our homemade Miki noddles and different kinds of meat. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 liters water
2-3 tbsp. oil
6 cloves garlic
250 g pork
300 g chicken
250 g shrimp
1/8 cup fish sauce
1-2 tsp. pepper
3-5 tsp. salt
1/8 cup or 21 g annatto seeds
For the Miki Noodles:
2 cups or 250 g all-purpose flour
1 pc. small size egg
1/3 cup or 84 ml water
extra 1/4 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for dusting
For Toppings (optional):
4 pcs. small egg
onion leaves
fried garlic
