You can change the wheels to 26 inch to take heavier load although you would have to bend the pipe connecting to the bike to make it level

Would u have a way for this for a stand up gas scooter I am using a fender mount with a hole since my tires are 11 but since the seat post is that better because gets a lot of use and I need something of quality for my travel thanks

It depends on the tricycle. The whole tube it's 120 cm long, if it fits with your tricycle size, then it should be ok.
