Very insightful and helpful Sir. Thank you for the guidance just before counselling.I request you to please make the video of " best DnB hospitals in Bangalore" available to all Sir. Right now it's for members only :(
Hi sir, with the rise in number of anaesthesiologists, we are indirectly slaves to surgeons isn’t it.. I heard from my friend’s dad that, as anaesthesiologist if you refuse any case even for valid reasons and risks, the corporate setups just replace you with an anaesthesiologist who is willing to take that risk. So basically we as anaesthesiologist are forced to do cases or end up being replaced. How true is this?
Doing high risk cases is one of the ways you differentiate your self. I recommend doing high risk cases if its going to benefit the pt in terms of outcome. Avoid giving Anesthesia if a reversible factor is there and there are chances you can optimise the pt before surgery.
It's purely based on the availability! Males are being called because they will be available more! If you can be available during emergency cases, then surgeons will definitely call you!@@shruthiv7618
Dr Arun... earning upto 2 lacs in 2 to 3 years is fine ... But after that growing to 3 to 4 lacs per month is not at all easy .. u may have to work beyond 12 hours .. Job security in free lancing is v v bad ...bcos of increasing number of Anaes ppl Freedom is absolutely not there ...bcos its absolutely surgeon dependant.. always
He will be a Senior in that field also,,a junior have to struggle always but a senior who build good reputation can reach that marks easily,,its the 1st 4-5 years deciding time of your career,,ask any senior he will also say his struggle as a junior
