I hear you loud and clear. I used to serve at a homeless outreach feeding people in my state and watched home cooked meals prepared by volunteers be given freely out of love only to be disrespected by those who supposedly were homeless by taking a full plate of food and throwing it directly into the trash without even tasting it. I'm just thankful I'm not God.
Some people are just weird about how they act when it comes down to money. I personally feel it’s more about personality thing more than religion thing. Although we believe in same God, we all have different personalities.
