Former 25 year Dell field sales engineer here. I sold gear to data centers aka servers/storage and networking. When I was there, we never feared SuperMicro because even though they kicked our butt getting new technology out faster, most fortune 500 companies needed consistency and product roadmaps that were locked down. Dell is ready for Blackwell. They have backlog and that will result in good earnings. Plus, with all the WFRs they are stream lining their business internally. great info. we used Dell servers in the huge transportation company i worked for. the service was fantastic. we as local techs, never really had to deal with servers after we migrated to dell.
I feel it's exactly what you said somewhat quickly in passing regarding blackwell with respect to NVDA where revenue estimates will consolidate to a tighter range once we see the Q4 earnings of Blackwell. I feel the large variance in estimates is because we haven't seen a full quarter with blackwell sales to account for yet but everyone knows that is coming soon and like you said Q3 won't give a full picture but Q4 will...then probably revisions will happen again and tighten up all those spreads...it's what I think.

I think the move will be spinning out the foundry business into its own company. That means the Government can still supply the grants, but the company stands on its own. Possibly Intel keeps a small stake, but it'd be better if they completely separate the two as competitors to Intel will always be hesitant to work with them on the foundry side.
@@EquityEmpireResearch Looking at it from the foundry side. It would seem to me, spinning them off would make an unprofitable division even more unprofitable. Only supported by government funds. Hello Colin. Greetings from Taormina, Sicily. Always enjoyed your videos. ❤ Recommended your channels to a young couple from Berlin. 😂 Traveling is almost over. Back to CA soon.
US govt is short sighted with jsut $8 billion for intel, how do you think the Samsung, Hynix, TMSC became the top foundry, it all their govt supports & subsidies because the their govt want them to be no#1. Every single govt in Southeast Asia is in spending huge sum to try to attract investment in foundry. US companies like to split, dice, layoff, reverse SPAC to enrich management and shareholders that is why there is no Motorola or Lucent to make 5G equipments. Well china is no#1 in 5G thanks to govt support, now they more likely beat everyone in 6G with govt support.

SMCI once traded nearly 1200 for the share & had negatice revenue? 🤣 Seems like they are embezzling money. Why should they even be valued at $150? At this point they are uninvestable. NVDA trades for $120? They produce $30 bn + actual quarterly revenue???? Wtf is happening right now in the world 😂
LOL... $150 trash that you mentioned might become true. After the stock splitting 10 to 1, it will gain the value down the line and eventually, it will become $150... Good call on price aside from calling it trash 🙂

Intel's problem is they have massive expansion without the proven technology to compete with TSMC. For foundry customers only pay top dollar for the higher nodes with decent yields. Owned Intel years ago and finally sold out due to numerous delays in their technology roadmap. I lost confidence in their management.

Whenever I'm in this situation I pick a max loss I'm willing to accept - I put my stop there and let it ride. SMCI still is a good business but they have a lot of work to do.
I wouldn't sell it unless you need money and are scared you might lose everything. SMCI has excellent products and is cheaper compared to competitors. When everyone was shutting down or not investing in Liquid cooling, Supermicro was investing in it. Now, Blackwell and AI solutions would most likely require LC, and Supermicro is ahead of its competitors from that point of view. Their Building Block solutions make it easier to integrate. Hindenburg is a short seller, and of course, they are going to come up with the article to invalidate SMCI so they can make money. Personally, I am still bullish on SMCI stock.
P.S. Sorry to see your post being hijacked by promoters of yet another "guru". Such is life, but your good work will be appreciated by those who value such endeavour.

Got any good news? 1) NVDA is doing great…. Shorts wanted greater. The Blackwell delay was a nothing burger, already fixed with a new mask. 2) SMCI is getting pressed a second time for sloppy financials. Hope Hindenburg comes up empty handed. 3) Intc their big hope is becoming a decent US based foundry… splitting off the good parts, doesn’t leave very much left… Estimates have meaning… Stock splits have value… Even though they don’t technically have any value over time…. 😃 Did SMCI’s CFO jump ship yet?
