For some reason building micro apartments are a big trend right now, or multiples in one unit. I have been doing this myself and there is just something about decorating a tiny space that is so fun. Loved this and how realistic it was. :)
I’m obsessed with the Tiny New York apartment tours! It’s so fascinating to me, watching how people utilize so little space and make it livable and even stylish. I feel like you definitely accomplished both in this build-it has the vibe of an apartment that hasn’t been updated but has been made into a comfy home
Yes the wierd cramped corners and odd window placements are so realistic to me where I live in France (and seem pretty realistic from what I've seen of New York on TV) it makes sense really all these old buildings that where cheaply divided into multiple units during economic and housing crisis periods ... I love this build... reminds me of the crappy appartments we had but could barely during my uni years
At the beginning I thought, you will never get a 2 bedroom Apartment in this tiny space! But this came out soooo adorable ♥️ And there is my Sim Lady, who lives alone in the Apartment with the 2 floors xD
I live in an old house in Vermont, from the early 1800's. There are three stories, that has been converted into three apartments. So many weird corners and narrow, weird rooms haha. But they tend to be very charming!
I decorated a 4 bedroom base home from the gallery and I made it for four college students and I even made sims to go with them and I am currently playing with them in college. It is so fun. When I make detailed buildings or homes like this I need to make a sim or sims to go with it to see them thrive within the space.
My first couch was my parents old couch from their basement! 😂 I was actually so sad to replace it but it was beyond repair. This is so tiny! It’s surprisingly functional considering how small it is.
Love this! It be super cool to do the second half as another set of tiny apartments, maybe have the door enter into a small entry with two lockable doors and you could have a playable sim or 2 and roommates for the other half and pretend they're your neighbors in an adjacent tiny apartment! :)
Interesting take. I love seeing other people's interpretation of NYC Apts. I have a decent sized apartment in West Harlem, pretty big for a two bedroom. Thankful I was able to cover my exposed brick so I can hang photos and make it modern. I want to get this pack but idk if it's worth it already EA has take all my money and my game glitches so bad.
I love tiny apartments. I like filling up these huge apartments with smaller ones too. I agree that they are too big. I think it is unrealistic for half of them to be the size of some houses. It makes sense to make them smaller to be realistic
big agree that the apartment lots in ts4 are waaaayyy too big for my liking 😭 i also wish they had the same perks as a tiny home lot like skill and relationship bonuses
As someone who lives in one of these apartments… I think it’s cute. Typically they are a little bit more dated. Your bathroom would have been pink or blue. I had an oversized one bedroom that I had to split in 2 originally for a roommate!!!
