PROGRAM NOTE:
Ravel Miroris No. 4 "Alborada del Gracioso".
This movement has lots of rhythmic drive and features many Lisztian’s technique- especially the fast repeated notes and the glissandos and the double note glissandos.
The dance-like quality of the movement has also been interlaced with expressive melodic section.
