Im from the northeast hasnt it snowed like 4 times there in the past week? I assume this is much more than average. How much falls per year usually? San antonio is like the latitude of tampa so it seems weird
Its been 30+ years since San Antonio has had significant snow like this. We get freezes with icey roads (mostly just bridges) sometimes, but its never like this! The little snow/sleet we've had over the years, if any, would never accumulate on the ground. If it freezes, its normal for the next day to get into the 60's. Its never lasted this long with Temps below freezing.
