Sky Device Elite 6.0L forgot password and pattern removal, hard reset, restore to Factory

This video will show you how to remove any password, Pattern or phrase lock on your device. Once removed, you will then be able to use your device again and setup the way you had it. Please note that this method will wipe all information on the device, your may lose data if you have not previously had it back up. This is the only way to remove the lock the screen, unless you know the password.

Whether or not I'm pushing both power and volume up, on my tablet, it only goes to main/desktop screen, asking for my pin. I've tried everything I would normally use. It's not working.

There were several choices to select from on the reset menu. Are any of those choices applicable if you want to backup the data b4 doing a hard reset. Can i use a computer to back it up and then do the hard reset?
