i Dloaded Pico a few years back and didnt understand abit, i just follow your video step by step, pause here and there, and it worked!!!! i dloaded and tried Game Maker & Unity and others with hope to make simple vertical shooter and im just so happy to see my character move on screen!!!! Hello, Can you tell me where can i find what all buttons do for each of the tabs in Pico 8? For example, in the sprite editor there are the numbers 0-1 in the bottom right and i would like to know what they do. I had a look at the PICO 8 users manual but it is only a wall of text without any picture depicting the buttons.

Those are flags for the sprites. They are used to sort of categorize the sprites and add interactivity.

its real cringe that the editor makes us use 3 functions automatically AND makes us use 5 more chracters to clear the screen, leaving us with just that much less programming available. thats borked.
