I just got the Optix G27C6, basically this one but curved, great monitor!
idk why but the fps mode for me is super grey is that supposed to be like that or can you alter it somehow?
yeah. don't use FPS mode. don't know why that is their default setting for FPS

Most monitors don’t have volume since their mostly used for computer games so you have a headset
Is this monitor blurry since its 1080p at 27”?
No
It's not blurry but If you're sitting too close the pixels are noticeable.
