Appreciated! And yep - we do too! Cast Iron works as good on a grill as it does on a fire or stove..
Thinking about trying that with potatoes added Would you put them in with the sausage or the peppers and onions?
I would dice them up and add them to the peppers and onions... They will absorb all that great flavor!
