Sometimes I hear the most amazing vocalisations from Dougy. Nearly 10,000 albums, 200,000 songs alone is my musical life which I've amassed since 1976 when I first fell deep into music and played guitar for a while. I've heard so many singers and they're all great, just great. But Dougy I hear so many things going on in his vocalisation. He's, of course, got great pitch, tone, range, vibrato but his phrasing is just otherworldly. Phrasing is a singer's vocal character or personalty and for me I listen deep to how singers sing. Doesn't matter what genre of music. But if you really listen there's some stuff that's like gold. Dougy does some jazzy, scatty stuff that really is so stellar. He does it in London's Burning and many other tracks but I find it mesmerising. He's got all the vocal chops but what do you do with it? You do what Dougy does. He's the best singer I've ever heard and TTT are absolutely in my favourite all times bands. All players here are top shelf and playing with amazing feels and musicianship, the songs are crazy good and TTT are one of the very few bands that I can say they don't have a dud track in their canon. I'm a life long fan, can't praise this band enough.

Don't know about you but this band is someone I put on in my car and when I'm driving on my own I try to sing along, badly of course, but the point is they have just so many killer songs. I cycle through their stuff and my favourite songs of theirs changes daily. Today, the 6th of August 2020 it's This Isn't Happiness but tomorrow it could be Fader. You know what I mean? Only the best bands do that to me. Thank you TTT, you're in a very elite group of bands that can pull that off for me and it's down to your song construction, arrangements, playing, sincerity, delivery and I'll dismount now cuz I can wax lyrical about this band forever. I have everything they've done. Can't wait for any new material no matter whether it's band or solo stuff I'll be happy. Don't care what direction you guys go in cuz music is music and you're so good you'll pull it off suberbly. I so hope to see you in 2021 cuz 2020 has been a disaster and TTT gonna help erase that. Go boys, loving your stuff.
