Thanks so much for the support!! I’d honestly just force yourself to do it… one good way is to not allow yourself to even do a turn unless you can feel your back foot touching the kicker. Be conscious of it and do it 100+ times until you don’t think about it any more 🤙🏽

It’s different for everyone bro. I’d get a foamy about 6’6 to 7ft that will have plenty of volume then slight manoeuvrability 🤙🏽
