I feel like just building the engine with all the upgraded parts would be easier than spending 100k just to basically take it apart.
theres a workbench behind the workshop in a storage container where you can upgrade parts. it only works on performance parts, and you can gain 1-2% extra
This might be the NFS MW nostalgia speaking, but I still maintain that this generation was the meanest and most brutal Mustang of all time 👀

Got the new expansion and I kept losing.. So I pulled out my secrect weapon.. I have a super charged v8 dohc V8 - rating is 874 - lowest score in the competition.. Won every race.. The 0-133mph was 6.3 seconds.. Even beat cars that was scored at 970+..

Ok so get the perk that shows you the resell value. Buy cars from junk yard and slapa battery or whatever in it and flip it right off bat. A few times and you will have your money to do that rebuild at once

He edits the config file tourqe mod allowing you to basically get any amount of hp you want on any car I’m sure you could find a tutorial online somewhere if you really wanted too
