My tumble drier has 2 settings, and the lowest has always worked for everything I own. Just don't overload on a low setting, and it should dry everything well without shrinking. 👍
Is the goal weight loss, to get better numbers after a blood test? There is a calculator online that will tell you how many calories to maintain weight, how many to eat to lose weight and how many to gain weight. I know you are worried about being hungry. I recently started following the heart association diet, what you can eat and how much if you have had a heart event. It’s very close to the diabetes one as well. Maybe the first few days I felt like eating more often mostly muscle memory, but mostly I don’t feel hungry with less sodium and less sugar and lower fat. Few packaged things allowed. Nuts, beans, fish, egg within reason are the proteins. Almost all the health lists mention salmon and broccoli. And eating lots of produce. And drinking mostly water.
Yeah we've done a calculator for our calories, we've been doing it since January but it's more to help our relationship with food but now we are slowly learning other things too 😁 we have an app to track everything xx

It's just not getting used as much as my laptop does and it's just collecting dust 😂 I got the paperwhite so far I love it! Xx
