I have had my bariuke for a week. Love it so much. Starting a bit later in life at 50…having so much fun and hope to be able to play this one day! I truly appreciate fine folks like yourself that take the time to teach. Thank-you very much. Take care~~~ Christy from Washington State 🌲
@@ukemullum Not yet but I definitely will! I dabble in the uke, baritone, guitarlele and guitar but I always seem to reach for the bari first! Just a nice sound with only 4 strings 😉
Just happened on some golden channel by mere chance - never had I heard of a baritone ukulele before... I thought, hey! The most beautiful ukulele song is: Israel Kamakawiwoʻole Over the Rainbow But what do I know about ukuleles? His must've been other than a baritone. How many different ones' are there out there, anyways? And thank you for your awesome video which I liked and then subscribed to your channel. I'd like to learn an instrument. My daughter plays the baritone horn in 8th grade band. I am searching to see what a baritone solo sounds like as unfortunately she never practices at home and I've no idea. I want to learn from basics and starter level stuff. You've got the stuff I'm looking for! Great to be onboard, Captain!
Hello Stu, love your videos. Still working on your Something Stupid lesson. I'm becoming interested in the baritone. Hmm! Played soprano for 3 years. Do you recommend? All best.
I've only ever played this one really. It's Ok though hasn't aged so well. The intonation is not so great. It's best to try 'em out in the shop I reckon.
@@ukemullum sorry Stu. I didn't make myself clear. I meant do you recommend playing the baritone in general? Many thanks and all best wishes from the UK.
@@lisacompton593 Oh... Yes indeed. I love having warm low notes. I end up writing songs on the baritone because it makes me think differently after playing standard uke all the time.
@@ukemullum Thanks Stu. Mellow and low is nice. I might have to get me one. The ukulele has brought so much joy into my life. A big thanks to all you folks who share their love and knowledge.
@lisacompton593 I played concert and tenor ukes for a couple of years before getting a baritone. From the first time I picked it up its been my favorite. I still love and play the others, but man the baritone is a special instrument. Especially for fingerpicking it just has such a beautiful sound
Hi, I love to become a paying member but I have a baritone, so is most of the music sheets written for baritone as well? I am a beginner and love to improve.
I do at least one lesson on Baritone a month Betsie. I see myself doing more though as I like to write on the Baritone. There's a baritone playlist on my youtube page. Check it out. All the best. ruclips.net/p/PL2u2PocMmVEIxlajyUsZiX87dnjz9NoPK
I just wanted to let you know that I keep coming back to practice the different tempos with you. It's really helpful. So are the time stamps. Thanks!
Golden feedback Becky Thank you!

I just bought a baritone ukulele and I love it. This was a beautiful song.
Wow! Trying to decide between Mandolin and baritone Uke for my retirement musical adventure. This vid sealed the deal for the Uke! Thanks.
What a wholesome man
Excellent lesson, Stu. I'm in for anything fingerpicking. I also enjoy playing a Baton Rouge baritone. A big thank you.
Wow. You have a Baton Rouge too? Lovely instrument.
I really like this song and the challenging picking pattern! I hope you'll do more baritone fingersyle. It's my fav!

Awesome tutorial, thank you! Love the different and challenging picking pattern, it's a lot of fun trying to get it down.

My ebony bari is arriving later today and I’m definitely trying this!
Yippee! I bet you'll be the prettiest baritone player with your new acquisition. All the best!

Thanks. That was very well done.
Great sound! I love it!
Thanks that's so pretty.

Sure is purdy, partner. 70 bpm is the tempo at which I walk my horse through the desert.
I just love the classical guitar sound on the baritone ukuleles.
great work Stu
Carl Cleves thank you. What a lovely surprise

Love this! The way you teach is awesome.
Also curious, what’s your tuning on this? When I play it on my baritone it sounds different?
Hi Tricia. Standard DGBE tuning.

Hiya, Yes it is. Written by me, Stuart Eadie. Go ahead and learn it and use it though.

Hi. Someone asked me if you could use guitar tabs on the Baritone. Is that possible?
Yes. standard Baritone is the same tuning as standard guitar except you don't have the Low E and A strings of the guitar...
This isn't a song. Songs are sung. Its a pretty piece though.
Fair call I reckon... Have you found the prettiest Ukulele Song Ever?
Jeeeezzz get over yourself
Try again. Not the prettiest song.
awwww... 2nd maybe?
