Sir this is the same with all private organisations...they just care about their profits...there is zero concern for employees and their well-being. Flying Beast is one example how Air Asia treated it's employees. Similarly I am working in IT and I too find no appreciation or recognition for my work ... And many seniors also left due to lack of growth and emotional support from the management.
Money is all they care about... Employees are just resources for them.

bhai dekho what happened was wrong condolences for it god bless but this is how world works , the first relation with the airline is employer-employee relation , for sensitivity you make friends , for money and employment you do a job. You are of no use to the airline, also you should not have used power cutting tools without proper gear and protection. Just like a pilot has to be responsible for 200 souls he has to be responsible towards him as well. Now there is no point being a crying baby. Sorry boss it was you who was careless. thats my view. Probably the injury is taking a toll and making you think emotionally than logically.

bhai , lemme give you my view , which is same as yours
dekho company ka kaam , bina pilot , or bina staff k bhi chal jaega ,
At the end , we also went to company for money , and company also employed us to get their work done.
aapko kaam krna h , unko kam krvana , there is no 3rd thing. in aviators life , we feel big airport , million dollar aircraft , we think that there is some relation but there is not , bcz chahe majdoor ho chahe pilot , at the end kaam nhi pura hoga to owner laat maar k bahar hi nikalega.
accept it or not but this is harsh reality of this kalyug.
now what we can do is that , my father says that in todays world everyone respect money. so try another method to earn money , bcz we you cant just sit and say i am done. you will hjave to stand to feed your family. A man's responsibility is to feed family.
Note: never expect anything from company/ colleagues , bhyi time aane pe ye log aise bhaagte h like they were nothing for you , and say who the hell you are.
so just find happiness in family , workplace is not to be over loved. only thing we can love in this cruel world is family. just stay attached with it not company.
