People at Blue Bunny were always nice when I picked up there. Never took the ice cream treats that they offered. Had no way to keep it frozen and I wasn’t going to eat ice cream and drive. I’m sure I delivered to Dunkirk since it sounds familiar. I never had restrictions on where I wouldn’t go when I worked at Schuster. I just went where they sent me. The good and bad. There’s times I’d be coming back from the NY area and told to switch loads in Indiana or Ohio. I’d ask the driver if they had an emergency on the reason for switching loads. Nope, they just didn’t want to go the NY area. I didn’t want to go there, but I’d do it. I never minded going to California. You’d be moving at 10 or 15 MPH around the LA area, but they would always let you in. Didn’t have to worry about low underpasses out there. Have a great day.
@Ken-sr6jo we prefer to stay out of NYC because of the amount of people. We're not fond of CA because of the amount of restrictions. We'll take the treats from BB since we have a freezer, which is good, cuz we like to save them 😉
i use 2 live in dunkirk ny . on lincoln ave now i am back here in jamestown ny . i stop driving about 2 and half years ago type 2 . blood sugar super high and asthma got worse over time sometimes i just have to stay inside and then just do small house chorse like dishes or cleaning . use to work at DTS out of fredonia near old paper factory . ya more wind and snow coming
