Loved Woodforest! We were out there and thought that Bentwater was going to be our spot, but that drive down Fish Creek to Woodforest is beautiful...then when you get in to the communtiy, parks and walking trails are EVERYWHERE! Love it!

This neighborhood specifically has some of the highest property taxes in the area. For what? Not much because the schools suck and so does phone reception 😅 2.82% for property taxes when elsewhere in Montgomery or just down the road we got a lot in Conroe with Woodlands schools for 1.9% tax rate.
Do you show more than just the "master plan" houses that you keep mentioning? I thought of contacting you for your services, but "Master Plan" houses are not my interest.

property tax was over 3% and the HOA I believe was around 1,500 a year, does that seem like a lot to you? or not bad considering all the ammenities?

Property tax and Hoa ?
Texas has some of the highest taxes in the country and home insurance. On top of high electricity bills.
3x higher than Florida roughly. 1% vs 3%
