A timetable of 'massacre' reveals what happened in Bucha when Russia's plan didn't work | ITV News

When Ukrainian troops regained the city of Bucha from Russia earlier this month, they found hundreds of bodies in the streets. Many had their hands tied and had been shot.
ITV News has been back to the city and spoken to dozens of eyewitnesses and officials about the alleged war crimes as part of a special in-depth report.
They told us how Russian tactics changed after they faced fierce Ukrainian resistance.
More aggressive and experienced soldiers were brought to the front line. It was then that civilians were deliberately targeted - in what survivors call a "massacre".
