It is also very essential to spend time alone and connect with nature as that helps to get more intuitive. You can start with absolute basics like the BPHS, that will give you a strong understanding of the planets, signs. Astrology for beginners by BV Raman is also a good book to start.

I have rahu in 4th house in libra....moon in 8th house in aquarius and ketu in 10th house in Aries.... so for me home and office both places are fine for manifestation???
Rahu in Libra is much more stronger so overall, it would be a home environment where you are completely alone and at peace, so that you can connect with inner self as Moon is also in the 8th.
