    Exercise, Exercise Exercise and food control! After my son was born I was from size 5 to size 16 pants. 120 to 145 pounds. So I decided to take action. I did yoga daily for two months. My weight went down to 128. Watch what you eat. You are what you eat! Eat more vegetables and exercise, exercise! Good luck!
