Well I can say so far we love it. The craft ice is really nice. Plus the flex drawer is really handy. We have the counter depth model and it holds plenty for our use. Oh and glass door, while we don't knock it anymore:), we do use it all the time for condiments like butter, ketchup, etc. And it is smart after all.

How has the fridge been for you a year later?
Any issues or things to share to someone interested but worried about LG's fridge reputation? I really want this for the round craft ice.
so far so good. we really like the fridge. and yes the craft ice is really nice.
As cool as the knock knock feature is, it seems like it would be more useful on a side-by-side fridge because it's going to show you what's inside only on one side in a french door fridge.
The idea of the knock knock is about what is in the outside part of the door. It's where we keep the butter and other condiments. This obscures what behind on the regular shelves.
Hey there! A salesperson said the crushed ice is exactly like Sonic ice. Is this true?
well that would require a trip to sonic to see. frankly we like using the craft ice the most.
Hi. How you connect with iphone app ?

it is pretty cool. We've had it for a while now and really like its design. the glass door and middle drawer make accessing some foods quick without having to open the main doors.
I have the same frige broke after 4 years and LG cant even fix and and won't even replace it and its under warranty. Do not buy LG
That is a bummer. I recall reading something about LG doing a recall on older fridges and they made some type of design change.
Do you know if we need the app to change the color of the fridge
the newer model has color lighting. our model does not.
