I’m only 16 minutes in…..and thank you for the ‘rip the bandaid off’ honesty here!❤ Our Heavenly Father has designated ’us’ to be here… He believes in us for that assignment, and in this timeline. Let’s be courageous. All of heaven is cheering for us.
Wow, there is a lot to include in this series. We need to speak out. I have investigated to the depths of all these different strands of how we are being affected by culture, gov’t, politicians, elites, techno culture, biological damage, AI, the new age christian peril, etc. This is a deep spiritual warfare. I had been praying today, wanting to know what God wanted from me in these times not knowing how to manage goals for my family when these times are free falling. I was wondering if it was to cocoon and focus on healing my family and separate from current events, and this podcast really brought me back to the carrying of our cross as the church which God has also been speaking to me. Looking forward to this series.
Great to watch. I like the pause app! Knowing the Truth! I want to Mature in my relationship with God. Thank you for all your words of wisdom John Eldredge ❤.
Succinct and helpful description of how our "free" societies can become chaotic. Looking for what i need to renounce and repent heading into the new year.
Wow - what an episode. You are leveling up and maturing the message (ironically while discussing maturing) from the solid base of therapidic Christianity to help men get their hearts back and learn to abide and draw strength from God to the next level of partnership where we both begin to see the larger story (reality) for what it is and not hide from it in fear but walk bravely through it in partnership with the Lord. He said he would never leave us or foresakenis - even into the end of the age. If we are mature and walking in partnership with the Lord and remember that we are walking with him and he with us and therefore we cannot fail or fall, then even in the midst of the chaos and calamity that God is allowing and using to judge the masses who have fallen so far away from him - then we will be OK. We need not get overwhelmed by anxiety or fear the arrow that flies or the storm that rages all around us. In fact, we can partner like allies and assist God in his other great propose. Which is in these last days to simultaneously draw as many as may come to his side wile or as a desired outcome of the judgement and calamity that he is allowing the forces of darkness to unleash. You have in the episode combined the insights of at least 3 major steams of my own faith / thought life - streams of ideas that at first seem separate and yet are all interconnected. 1. Foundationally is what WAH has always been about - while-ness and one-ness in partnership with God. 2. Awareness of the hour we are in in terms of end times eschatology and how the events of our day are all part of a larger movement that the Bible describes. We are in the days of Noah and in exciting but high stakes times. 3. A hearing of the prophetic and current voice of God. Whether in still smal voices or dreams and visions - as WAH has also been strong in over the years of teaching believers that as his sheep we can hear his voice . Personally and it gives wisdom and insight and comfort beyond measure. Absolutely amazing guys - I can’t wait to hear where this series is going because it tracks with the kind of maturity that is being called up and out of God’s people to be prepared to survive and even thrive and play a valiant role - battle beauty and adventure in the times that are here already - yes st the door.
Yes, Jesus!! I literally told my husband yesterday morning (before I listened to this)(‘crashing and burning’ at the end of my year) that I heard my ABBA Father loving tell me, “Sweetheart, you need to grow up.” Can’t wait for more of this series.
Great episode thought I feel like it got cut short. Blaine listed 3 major points about half way through: disappearance of the nations, the genie coming out of the bottle of modernity, and the term used to describe the viking age. It felt like you just got through the disappearance of the nations. It would be good to expand on the others too!
Ive been listening since 2015 and to hear Blaine he could have a history podcast. And his wisdom so proud of him. Where he is now amazing blessings to you guys
How is God calling me to mature so that I can partner with Jesus in the places he is already at work? Wow…..such a critical question to spend some concentrated time discussing with Jesus as I begin the new year. Thank you!
AI is the most disruptive technology we've ever encountered. In these discussions, please address how disciples of Jesus should consider navigating the AI revolution
Whenever the son blessed, he says well repay or honor father in return, and the father always does the same, points to the son. Like a rich person giving you a dollar, you're like, "wow let me do this for you, and they stop you and say, no just be good to your family or others." They honor each other. Maturing speaks of our relationship with the father (be holy as God is holy, etc so we can commune with him more effectively when in private), whereas serving and working refers to our relationship to the Son. God is spirit, but the Son is more like us(rather us like him as the son is the personalized part of the Trinity that God determined himself to be, to also model and image humanity after so he can create a family in and through us for himself, also obtaining a house for his father(human living temples), and a love for his son, a bride; the Bible opens with a man and women, and closes with one. It opens with a marriage, and ends with one. Our reality is God being a lonely bachelor and homeless), so maturing speaks to our relationship with the father, as we don't talk to spirits we commune with them in spirit and reality (perceiving him in our intuition and conscience). The son is our Lord, Savior, husband, etc so he's concerned with our service as women are to men. Except him to the whole of church, he says a lot, if you bury your talent it'll be given to the one with man. Paul said he strives hard for reward, position in Christ's coming earthly kingdom, but his eternal life is set. He's born again, but his reward and position (relationship with the son is ongoing; tough). Never confuse the gift with the reward, never confuse eternal life and salvation. Eternal life refers to justification and salvation to sanctification, two totally different things. Being a Christian is sacred, deep, a life changed, a new nature so living and so walking in one's flesh as a born again Christian is definitely a suffering to the Father and Son, and himself, two versus comes to mind, "God is spirit and those that worship Him must do so in spirit and reality", And "depart from me, I never knew you workers of lawlessness.' the main two things you bear from God is purity and peace, these are our main evangelism tactics before even speaking, our life, nature, vibe, being of purity and peace. Not disturbed by stressed and monies?!? Not disturbed by death?!? Not chasing excitements and addictions, self pity or lust?!? And Christians are genuinely content and peaceful?!? What is this new nature from the maker and creator (the god of the Bible). I really need a church, brotherhood, evangelism team, spiritual warfare teaching and leading classes.
The resurrection of Christ is the watershed event in human history. Consequently God will build his kingdom and renew the creation. Nothing imaginable will prevent the process.
So, in essence you say that liberalism leads to a total loss of universal Christian values? Replacing it through own self chosen value lists which leads to a loss of alignment with the father? Therefore, it will lead to a fight of a thousand competitive 'so called truth concepts' and a loss of any orientation? So far I agree. The only risk I see are the conclusions drawn out of it, because even they must under all circumstances follow the core essence of the father's heart and diligently must be separated from and put above Christian principles. Furthermore, if one replaces those values (such as uprighteousness, kindness, grace, love, compassion, honesty, lifegiving, righteousness, mercy) through rigid, inflexible, unreflected principles, the core values of Christianity will give way to legalism, piety and will totally pervert the principle of love and freedom into harshness and coercion. We all know that, have seen it, hopefully still reject it. Thats quite a slippy mountain pass. I catched myself being thrilled on the one hand by the brilliance of research, on the other a certain fear was creeping in that you indeed start to promote a kind of dominion over society that has its parallel in the Handsmaids Tale. This is not freedom, as we know, nor in the will of a father who longs for relationship. We cannot force people into a free, deliberated and heartfelt relationship with God by all means. Salvation will always remain an invitation, not a political system nor a return to the bondage to the Old Covenant law and work righteousness. Im wondering how you will proceed from here. I hope it will turn into own accountability and the sense of power with instead of power over one another. Heartily, thoughtful and a little bit irritated.
The most informative and significant podcast on all the internet!!! Thank you Wild at Heart for encouraging maturity.... Following God's Ways

This is so good and timely. I really sensed what God is calling me to in this year is greater maturity. Thank you

Wow, this was wonderfully insightful, extremely relevant down to a very specific point in our culture.
Really appreciate your conversations, expecting to having the Wild at heart come to South Africa🙌🏾
Love you guys. Off to bootcamp in 10 days.

Great podcast. I’ve been listening for 5 years and this one is already a favorite. This subject needs to be discussed.

What about the judgment on the church that’s happening??
John, thanks for the MANY pauses and recaps, there is way to much to process if you are not a historian.
