    i have these scissor setters, and it still takes a lot of effort for me to set the 330. pretty amazing watching this guy's strong arms and hands making short work on the 330. well done!

    Many of the same animals. Sometimes there are limitations on the location that you may use the trap, so having various sizes available gives the trapper flexibility in sets.

    @theyoungtrapper
    You can drive a piece of rebar in the ground near the trap to secure the chain or tie some rope from the chain to a nearby log.. Be carful using rope though especally on foot traps.. If the animal doesn't die it could chew through the rope.. Possum and beaver are bad for that

    Actually, to remove trapped prey, you only need to pull the trap apart. Typically the animal will usually fall right out. If they don't that easily, with a little shaking it will for sure. So what are setters for? Setting the trap. As the video shows, the setters enable you to hold the trap in it's "set" position with little effort which is really needed for traps that are 220 or larger. Now setters will be helpful for 110's too but since 110's are easier to set, setters are not required.

    220's or 160's would be the size to use; if the rabbits are large, the 220. 160 for small ones. We have an article online that explains the process. Just go to our main page (I'd put it here but RUclips won't let me). The url is in our video above. As for the legality of using this trap in your country? I have no idea. Just check with local wildlife officials to see. Ask them if you're allowed to live trap or kill trap nuisance wildlife and they should be able to answer you directly.
