Thank you for using graphite, I work with it more than charcoal. But, since watching you, I'm getting into charcoal! I love that the gesso takes away the graphite shine, who knew? Great work!
Mr. Miroslav, I am Dilip, from West Bengal ,India, now I am 71, your drawings are beautiful. I try to imitate them in my drawing book to pass my time. I try to draw. Gradually I am getting attracted with them. I try to spend most of my time with grafite pencils , charcoal pencils, charcoal dust, some brushes and your Titelion, (I didn't know whether I have correctly spelled your Titelion or not). However I hope I will be greatful if I get answer from you. Thank you.
It would be helpful to see your reference photo from time to to time so we could see your interpretation of the picture, unless your free styling your drawings. Thanks

The surface is indeed matt but if you put down enough graphite and burnish it it will become pollished and shiny eventually.
@@MiroslavSunjkic Correct me if I'm wrong, does applying the gesso first, help lessen the shine of burnishing compared to not using gesso?
@@cindyb9830 yes, the paper is primed with clear gesso first.

Amazing! I love watching you draw. I am a beginner myself and nowhere near your level... I can only wish. How long have you been drawing?
My whole life, but it takes only a couple of years to get decent at it.
WUNDERBAR🎊
Hello Miroslav

Yes, but it's better to use a kneaded eraser like I did.
