Did i miss the comment that this was a quarantine video? They each sang their part separately, recorded their videos separately, then passed the individual performances to their audio (mixing) engineer and their video production team. They know each other's voices so well that they can crescendo and decrescendo together, and give us all the chills, while not even in the same space. Crazy, mad skills.
I love love love your PTX reactions. I especially appreciate your knowing their names. I know it's hard to keep all the groups' names you react to straight, but I appreciate the effort. PTX loves to update older songs so the young people are introduced to it in a special way.

Hey ! I thought you might have given up on Pentatonix. But I think it's great that you still remember their names. I hope you can fit in some reactions to their new releases and Christmas music. I recommend you think of a Christmas song you can't stand because it gets played so often. Then see if Pentatonix has a version of it and see if they can change your mind.
Good reaction to a stunning Pentatonix cover of Mad World. Those harmonies! Great upgrade as you said. Another great cover of this song is Post Modern Jukebox's version with Hayley Reinhardt and Puddles Pity Party. Totally different and also stunning by two surprisingly complementary singers.
I just have to say this and I'm doing it here not as an indictment against you personally but a take on the youtube reaction community as a whole, because I believe you'll understand what I'm talking about because of how thoughtful you are. When people say they are reacting for the first time to an upload from a group I feel its a misnomer(if not a total blatant untruth) because they are reacting to their own remix of the upload, sometimes they listen to the same part 8-10 times. That isn't a first time reaction. They never react to the piece of art that the artists created as a whole. It seems disrespectful to the artists to deconstruct their art without actually perceiving the piece of art as a whole first. Kind of a missing the forest for the trees type of thing. I do understand that it is perceived that you have to pause and rewind, but you could do that in editing. You could listen to the whole song then insert your commentary in pauses and we'd get the best of both worlds. We'd get your actual reactions to the art as a whole, and your dissection commentary of each of the parts. Watching the actual reaction and listening to the commentary. You don't listen to a reaction or watch a commentary. Just my thoughts on the matter. I hope I didn't offend.
I actually have to agree with you here…Especially with copyright issues forcing filters, audio is all that is left to a new pair of ears listening for the first time to an artist they’re not familiar with. What is wrong with just letting it be appreciated in full first , and then do a proper critique with interruptions and replays . Then people can decide if they want to go to the artist’s own channel and enjoy the music there. There are some reactors who do this successfully…

Sometimes they make songs better. This is not one of those times. It’s sounds pretty. But the rawness of the original has more of an effect on me
