I love Trinia on this panel host GOOD MOVE 2 include her on Sister Circle Live show. I just discovered this show this
year, unfortunately, a bit late. 2 watch professional acting sistah discuss important issues/matters is a welcomed
pleasure. Lord knows we have enough negativity on all social media/TV. Trinia it's clear you have moved on from
Gabe & that chapter of your life history. No shade 2 Gabe nor you it's cool 2 see grown folk move on while respecting
each other. It's CLEAR that you are happy @ this time in your life. It's true obviously that when God closes 1 door it
allows us 2 open a new door w/new challenges & lesson 2 learn from. Trinia you also are looking happy & better fit!

segments I'm here for. I believe in therapy big time! I get that human beings especially us folks needs all the insight &
help we can attain 2 see our stuff/flaws. Therapy 2 me is similar 2 a magnifying glass it gives us the tools 2 see our
stuff then provides {if we have a good theapist} us tools in how 2 correct our negative behavior. We can learn from
exposing our drama if 1 doesn't recognize the BS then we can't see what our problem is. Nor will we be able 2
correct our problems because if we don't see any issue then there aren't any problems. We can't fix what we don't see
nor acknowledge that there is an issue that needs 2 be examined then corrected. We spend a lifetime gathering our
bag full of baggage. It will takes time 2 remove each piece of garbage w/in our bag of life baggage. Trini always
comes across as she wants 2 always grow & correct here BS! This is 1 of the reasons why I dig me some Tony. Trinia & Towanda because of their maturity! Sister Circle good move w/inviting Trinia 2 your table of professional women
examining good info & sharing solutions! While having fun & sharing their words of wisdom!

AGAIN, THANK YOU, Carla, for unapologetically teaching & reminding folks that 'WE WERE THE 2ND CHEF" after our
Native American cooks on this soil. I'm a closet chef who wishes I had realized back in the day, that I should have
followed my passion for cooking as a career choice. It is painful 2 see how America really doesn't embrace Southern
Cuisine as it should. Instead of French & Italian cooking is honoured because it comes from Europe & symbolizes
white chefs. If they were 2 honour Southern Cuisine they would have 2 embrace more African American chefs. Instead
Caribbean & Latin cuisine receives much more recognition than our ancestor's culinary contribution 2 the culinary
industry. An obvious explanation for the lack of African American chefs exposure 2 network shows & culinary culture.

Carla just reminds me that there is life outside the “Shade Bubble”. When they mentioned the Chew ending and kept saying cancelled,the average Guest would have denied and denied or took the word cancelled offensively but she didnt even flinch. I love her spirit,
Carla spirit is sooooooooooooooo BEAUTIFUL & RESPECTFUL from day 1 of her competing on Top Chef! Ever lovely
upbeat persona is welcomed especially in these days & times of gloom. Regardless of what negativity that popped
up while she was on the "The Chew" Carla refuse 2 follow in negative, egocentric, narcissistic Mario. Each & every time he would show is non-team playing behaviour w/the other show host she would purposely try 2 distract the negative
drama. I love & appreciate while respect all of the joy and interest that Carla demonstrates when it comes 2
celebrating Southern & Soul Food Cuisine. Carla celebrates & teaches folks about the RICH HISTORY of our American
cuisine that is "finger lickin good!!! Carla is the 1st chef 2 insist upon Southern Cuisine receiving it due respect. So for
this factor alone, Carla is the "CHEF". The relationship that she had w/The Chew hosts was nice 2 watch folks respect
each other. I especially enjoyed her relationship w/Clinton Kelly it was genuine very cool & kind. Last but not least
Carla brings the upbeat, fun personality that is needed on TV. In light of the vast amount of GLOOM, PETTY
competitive BS it was a pleasure watching "The Chew".

How Trina sounds asking Carla how often should we sharpen our knifes?🔪 That question was so weak as hell. Shit..sharpen your knife as often as you please. I have several knifes, but it's only 1 knife🔪out the bunch I use the most and never needs sharpen.😂🍗🍎🍏🍐🍅
