As a native of CR Park, I am so glad OK Tested, which is core Delhi, has finally decided to cover CR Park. That’s the beauty of Delhi - it’s a great amalgamation of cultures. It’s been 4years now I have come back from Delhi. Still I miss this place. I live in Kolkata and see the irony, I miss cr park. It’s because in Delhi, whenever I felt alone, sad, missed home, every time I went to market 2 to buy fish. Eat in the markets and spend weekends sitting in to bench near the magazine shop in market 2. ❤ it’ll always be precious!

P S. Just one thing the Luchi sold there is actually Daal Puri in Bengal as Daal er 'pur' or stuffing is inside the maida, bcz Luchi generally has no 'pur' or stuffing inside here and we like it more "fulko" i.e. freshly fried and swelled up.

@@rijurockz4 Yes, it would have been if the daal that was used for the stuffing was "biuli"'r daal or "urad" daal but I think they mentioned in the video that the stuffing used was of chana ka daal which is 'cholaar daal' in Bengali, so it should be daalpuri or can be "cholaar daal er kochuri" but kochuri is much smaller in size.

What you used to call rasagolla is not rasagolla at all. That was more like another Bengali sweet 'Kheermohan'. After Bengal invented the rasagolla which is the spongy one, Odisha also invented your version that is the dense one. I like both. Both are available in Bengal actually.There is no point in fighting. Both got seperate GI tags as 'Banglar Rasagolla' and 'Odisha Rasagolla'.

Bengali food is not all about 'maachh', 'chicken/mutton' and 'mishti'. Not everything is oily and spicy. We have a lot of healthier and vegetarian options. We have varieties of shak (saag) and veg-nonveg combos (machher matha diye chorchori/chochchori, ghyat etc.), dishes like shukto, dhokar dalna, mochar ghonto, labda etc. Come to Kolkata or any other Bengali city, find a decent, authentic place to eat and try the mentioned stuffs.
About the gyms, I could've agreed if I was told this few years ago. But now, I can find gyms in almost every locality. Decent fitness centres have come up.

Satyam is definitely right about Rasgulla. Though I am a Bengali, but Rasgulla first originated from Jagannath Temple Puri which is offered to goddesses Laksmi as a bhog (Pahala rasagolas by Oriyas) . Then Oriya cooks came to Bengali homes and introduced Roshogolla which is Bengali Roshogollas.
On 14 November 2017, the GI Registry of India granted West Bengal the GI status for Banglar Rasogolla.
Cr park is my favourite place to visit since childhood.. vibe hai bhai 😍
Bengal won GI status for banglar rosogolla . Which is white chana rosogolla. Nabin Chandra Das is the creator . And odisha rasgulla is red in colour for "Gur" or jaggery. It offers to lord JAGANNATH of Puri temple in 56 Vog.

People who have been fooled eating edible sponge in the name of Bengali roshogolla need to eat Odisha Rasagolla and understand what they have missed all along.

And eating Begun Bhaja separately without any accompaniment, you killed me with laughter. And it's a SIN! Well, no gym in Bengal, you're looking for some hatred from Gen Z Bengalis soon - but yes we Millennials don't care how much oil it is - even after moving out of the city I think I will love the "mustard oil" dripping from my food rather than having a bland food! But overall I loved that you covered CR Park, some memories got refreshed!

The first thing which you have, is called radha ballavi. Usually bigger than luchi and has a stuffing made of urad daal. Luchi is smaller in size and without any stuffing and ofcourse it is only made with maida . Rest really loved the video !!! ❤❤
