And bonusbonus tip, I’ve found that if you turn down your exposure it can capture movements in a Stiller image, like shutter speed (try and see the frames per second when you have high vs low exposure)

Bonus tip: if you take a long video instead of individual photos, you can screenshot at what looks good, and everything looks more natural
The quality of a screenshot is way lower than a photo.
I wouldn't recommend more than for specific shots that would be nearly impossible to catch.
