@@User-kjxklyntrw I seen them delivery when it was barely sprinkling but not in full on downpours with any winds. It is still just a concept idea for the most part. No residential deliveries are being made.
Just a thought for the US military.... Imagine a few thousand of these making a "delivery" to your fleet if you decide to push your luck? The irony would be that many would be the drones which weren't delivered to you due to "tariffs"

Not sure, I am not too sure about rainy days as I am not out at the parks where these are at when it’s raining .

It is an ironic situation but I doubt our government would be dumb enough to tariff something they needed. Lol.
