You never need to pull anything. It's all about what YOU want to build. Hyoh's clearly playing into the bruiser side of fire that starts showing up soon, so he's a future investment. Which, given that he isn't limited, means that unless you plan on maxing Terra/Kefka to go with him, no need to get him now.
I don't have Jeumanji so I've considered pulling for Lysol, but she looks iffy. My water, dark, ice teams are stacked, but with Yuffie & Co running around I want a lot more accurate units. I think Hyoh is going to be undercooked, if his accuracy isn't good, I'm skipping. Will probably save up for the next GLEX and Kefka.
Unfortunately, to use a Rainbow Team, you need to have 2 or more Dark Espers that can synergize, as well as the VC's.......These Teams are going to be the strongest Teams in GB's eventually, BUT! You have to have all of those said Dark Espers, and the Class Specific VC's pulled and lvled up to max to make them viable, and unless you've been able to spend $500+ a month on this game or have the luck of the Devil himself, it's going to take FOREVER to make one. Personally? I REALLY want to try a Fire, Earth, Wind Team, or a Earth, Ice, Water.....But yea, the only Dark Espers that I DO have, don't synergize smfh.
Hyoh may be more of an investment in Fire’s future, alternative to evasion which can be boom or bust. It’s concerning though that they are playing his kit so close to the chest. Usually we get a Hiroki video previewing big units like this, especially global originals. And Hyoh is an important plot character in FFBE. For us to be going in blind doesn’t bode well, certainly given how bog standard his revealed skills are.
I'm still trying to decide if I want to pull on Hyoh this week or not honestly. According to the update schedule, the last time we got a "Viziore Step Up" summon, it was on 4/21/22.....and I do remember them releasing that summon right before they released Starlight Elena, or was it the P5 event? Either way, I think that I'm just going to wait. I'd rather be able to pull for King Bradley, Alric, and/or Roy Mustang along with VC's that they come with, instead of just getting 1 unit and 1 VC.....I dunno, I really need to think about it, because I COULD pull for Yuffie and Hyoh right now as well as get his VC........decisions decisions smh.
I'll suggest holding off for a week or so, before you make up your mind! It should give the Meta babies enough time to figure out Hyoh! Also, the Viz Back banners seems to be gone for good, it seems 🤧.

I'm a regular wind main and Rysol looks pretty underwhelming to me. Glaceila, Sadali and Jeume are already the meta wind PvP and it doesn't look like Rysol is going to change things. Gotta wait for Hyoh's full kit but I'm going to guess right now fire mains won't need him that badly.

Kefka would definitely more fun to have in the team, just for his voice acting alone 😂.

140 mont is a beast, dont need to evade when you got so much hp and heals when he is at low health.
I haven't gotten around to using him, but I've heard some very good things about him!
