You should have limited red meat maybe two oz twice a week and no potatoes , bread or rice. Your problems are not proteins your problems are the high consumption of carbs. Instead have some meat or fish with a plate of broccoli/ etc. and throw one that olive oil. Do a blood sugar test after that meal. You will see the difference. Try to do a day where you consume no more then 30 to 50 grams of carbs. Did you know that you can have 3 plates of cruciferous veggies and you still won’t get to 30 grams of carbs. Test your fasting blood sugar the next day and you will see you fasting blood sugar drop.

Exercise on high carb calorie restriction will cause you to lose weight at first then rebound and gain more weight as your metabolism adjusts to the starvation and exercise.
Haha Chiropractor in the church guy!! I am referring to other youtube guys who talks about diabetes who NEVER treated diabetes and trained how to treat diabetes lol:)
@@LexJuris7 One thing the church guy got me doing is using my glucose monitor to learn what foods and amounts work for me. I had no idea how protein would elevate my BG when I ate large portions. I do not have the opportunity to work with a doctor or endocrinologist that is passionate about diabetes. So I have to sift the pepper from the fly sh!t on the internet. This is the best medical educational channel, but others contribute knowledge. And when you live in a underserved rural area you have to dig for information. Being a 63 yo man in a community with three doctors and all are Family Medicine/OB GYN who see 75 women to men its hard to get information. So don't put down those who put out content. Some of it may be hokey, but to some of us, its all we have.
Unfortunately that is very true. A lot of people are underserved. My only problem with those people on the RUclips who are not real doctors are giving advice based on their own experiences can be harmful in certain cases. It is like everyone can give advise about your car but you still run by a mechanic right? You have to take their word with caution. I don’t mind you guys asking me when you hear something from somewhere else. I’m here to help you.

What is the role of stress, particularly psychological stress, on blood sugar?
Just got off a 10 day fast and my glucose is at 122 last two times I checked. It’s usually 98-108… while on the fast it was in the low 80’s

How long does it take for carvedilol to clear out of my system and how long does it take before I can hope to possibly see a decrease in blood sugars?
Great information. For exercise with time constraints look into isometrics. Seven to ten minutes a day. Seven to fourteen days you can see benefits. Just using your hands and resistance. No cost and you tube has hundreds of videos to show you how.
Any eady video's link send me plz

Where to buy Benfotiamine supplemwnts?
None of the doctors I have ever gone to in 30 years seem to understand diabetes. They always want me to go on drugs but the last few years I just refuse to go on anything. It may kill me before I get it under control but I just cannot see me going on insulin and becoming a fatter diabetic.

It's not just anxiety that you feel by the way. It is a horrible feeling in general. I would think this might be one of the few classic examples of dysphoria.
Thank you Doc.I love your vlogs I’m gonna share this 👍Take care from your avid fan in Canada 🇨🇦
Awesome, thank you!
I tried lots of diabetes medication but the side effects is neuropathic foot pain. If i stop taking medication the pain slowly disappear. Everyone i go back taking medicine the foot pain comes back. I tried and stop several times and the side effects are the same. To me it seems it is the medication is causing neuropathic pain not the diabetes. It does not make sense.
Any suggestions?

Your accent is very unique. I have a friend from Brazil and she learned English from missionaries with a southern accent, and now she has a very unique accent as well. But I can’t figure out what your accent is!?
Also, I’m going to search your videos for GDM.

I don't understand why this has happened. My brother is Type 1, but I have dealt with super reactive blood sugars for over 20 years, I am now full blown diabetic, but I am not overweight. So annoying.
Thank Doctors

Dr good day every thing i eat i have to go to the bath room can Metformin cause that
In Minnesota Starvation Experiment the study showed that High Carbohydrate diet with calorie restriction was considered a form of torture. Exercise on high carb calorie restriction will cause you to lose weight at first then rebound and gain more weight as your metabolism adjusts to the starvation and exercise.
My diabetic goes high after exercise ..i am trying to understand why I started eating before running
.still not sure why early morning it's goes High
Hi Doc, what causes our cells to reject insulin?

Thanks doctor! You were to be holidaying!! You are as energetic and effervescent as ever! The chiropractor and the church guy....!!
Haha Chiropractor in the church guy!! I am referring to other youtube guys who talks about diabetes who NEVER treated diabetes and trained how to treat diabetes lol:)
@@SugarMDs yes doc...I know who you are alluding to!! EB and D!! Well put!
@@curtisstewart9594 I too watch him and glean information that I find useful. Didn't mean to put down anyone. They are well intentioned persons.
Drinking plenty of water helps lower it down quick too. It also helps the kidneys.
I will have a video about drinking water, stay tuned. But thank you for sharing. If you like this video, you may find this playlist helpful too:

How can u be contacted for a consultation please . Type 1 diabetes patient
Look up Doctor Bernstein. He is a type 1 diabetic that is 87 years strong. He learn to control his diabetes through low carbs well over 40 years ago. No, he has not died from a heart attack. Low carb won’t kill but diabetes even with meds will.
I have sarcoidosis and was just put on prednisone. 40mg a day. They said it could affect my insulin level.

I consumed bitter gourd every two days to bring down my diabetics. What is the side effect?
Also fenugreek helps.
Both( fenugreek and bitter gourd) have different mechanisms of action.
Be careful with the fenegreek causing prolactin levels to go way high and then breast milk
What about blood sugar crashes?
I pushed the button several times nothing happened
