    Thanks for the tutorials! Saved me a whole bunch of money by teaching me how to disassemble/reassemble myself so I could deep clean my sax.

    They make Alto Saxophones that can play down to Low A & also versions w/ a High F# Key (and even a High G).

    Why would you skip the hinge lube???? I started to inquire on Part I, why would you put the hinge rods back into the horn?? If you are going this far into a horn, wouldn't it be a good idea to clean those rods?? They are either rusty, or they are black with lubricant and dirt, depends on the user, but in both cases the hinge rod needs addressing. You kinda left off a MOST important part.

    Your video is great! Do you have a pdf file that covers the disassembly and assembly instructions? This especially applies the names and locations of the keys and sound holes. Sometimes, it is best to examine figures on a page.

    How do you prevent the pivot screws that are not fully tight (due to adjustment) from rotating with the movement of lever rods?

    • @hamjohn8737
      @hamjohn8737 2 года назад

      They never move out, they basically hold still while the key pivots.
