U-Energy Recovery is for your Ultimate Skill, and most of the time it only affects your character when they're active on the field (with only a few exceptions like Tess) S-Energy Recovery is for both your standard skill & support skill, which always start recovering even when the equiped character gets switched out.

Please explain to me, what is the difference between "U-Energy Recover" and "S-Energy Recovery bonus" statistics?
