Then rub in five spice powder, salt and pepper with Chinese wine( shao hsing rice wine), marinated light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for several hours. Pouch holes on the pork skin first Then put in oven face the meat down to bake for an hour. It depended how big and thick your meat cuz sometimes take much longer to cook. Use broil function to make the skin crispy.
What I like about her is, she's so calm and gentle for a person selling at a market. I thought she would be like the other ladies yelling, but she is wells spoken and gentle.
