Love how the tops turned out! I also love the fact that you showed us the mistakes, and how you saved the project. Nobody is perfect, things don't always turn out the way we planned and it's ok, we just keep trying. love your channel 😊
I LOVE how these turned out! I often stop when I hit a wall with my project but it sounds super helpful to think about the intention of the project and the aspects you wanted
Woman, you have done it again! These are beautiful and you are phenomenal. The white top is excellent but the "no-sew" was so amazing, I would never have thought of saving it like that, yet you levelled up again! You are so inspirationally creative, I need what you're eating.
Yes! Looks a lot better!! I love the transparency! We all need those bloopers or fail to functional videos!!!I love more of a peplum for my body type. Love the jeans!!
AGELINA!!!......You are a Fabric Scientist! That is some awesome work. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the styling ( especially the No Sew ). Thank you for sharing tht mistake moment....learned so much from that moment. YOU GO GIRL!..... Keep up that awesome work
At least you fix it right away. I usually just have a huge pile of fail projects to fix and I may get back to it in a couple years. The final result that worked looked great
This was pretty interesting and a bonus on this video you showed your thought process on fixing something that would be wearable by you because the first try did not come out how you thought it would. So, you took us to the wild side, oooookay. The final projects after the fixes are blazen and are going to be great basics for Houston's hot and humid long season. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
This video is awesome. I love the tops, although I definitely require more peplum. Yes, yes, yes definitely keep doing longer tops. I'm too old for crop tops. I love how you came back from the challenges because it's nice to see the fixes and how to, as Tim Gunn says, "Make it work". Thank you 💙🙏🏽💜
Hey! Those turned out real cute! I like the white one as is. You should wear it several times as a white top before you decide to dye it a different color. The black one is fun, too.
Super cute summer tops! Thank you so much for making this video. Love how you showed the process of fixing something!!! I often give up after the first attempt - now I know there are ways to fix the things that go wrong.
I love your upcycling. You inspired me to make my own cotton tee cropped tops to go over my spaghetti strap dresses so they are work appropriate without being too hot. 💜❤️💜❤️💜Thank you!
This was a excellent video! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 💯 Thank you! ❤️🖤❤️🖤 You taught us that if you make a mistake you can always go back, measure and correct your mistakes! The tops look great!❤️❤️❤️ Great job as always! 👍🏽❤️💯👑
This was such an inspiration! Thanks for showing the mistakes and also how to recover from them. I honestly learn more from mistakes than from a perfect tutorial
Thank you so much for adding the sizing information! It's hard for me as a "more gorgeous" ;-) girl to find upsized shirts beyond my size, but it's good to know. Thank you!
Tu es la meilleure, tu arrives toujours à créer quelque chose d unique et sophistiquée. Merci de nous montrer tes erreurs, ça nous aide aussi à avancer.
It's so nice to see someone doing things I do. For years I thought it was just me. When I found out what upcycling was my mind was blown !! Your videos are like a class I look forward too!. Currently revamping my whole wardrobe!! Mommy needs some updating!!
I wish I would see a comment about how u failed on an up cycle,:-) cuz SiStar u are a Genie in these upcycling streets. Stay True to U, and keep shining!!l Much Respect...
Thank you for showing this. I always see your youtube videos and think maybe I need to go to school and take some classes because I keep messing up and it never looks completely legit professional.. I thought sewing 2 smalls would make me an xlarge. But instead I got a size 24. I gave them to my aunt and they fit her perfectly. I sometimes will buy multiples of size smalls on clearance. Basically most of my sewing projects are altering clearance finds by adding fabric. Well on my next alteration project I combined 2 size small red croc pants and tried to use measurements so that I don't make it too big. And it worked. Hoping to make some tops like yours next.
Thanks for your honesty. I've been trying my hand at recreating and felt like I was doing things wrong. You're comments and sharing inspired me to keep going. Thank you!!! These tops are some of the cutest in my opinion.
I love the way you gathered the underarm on the black top, I was just trying to figure out how to address that area on a too I’m altering. I love stings hanging so that’s perfect for me and no sew is a plus. I see but for this project I didn’t want to. Thanks for the great ideas!
Love how the tops turned out! I also love the fact that you showed us the mistakes, and how you saved the project. Nobody is perfect, things don't always turn out the way we planned and it's ok, we just keep trying. love your channel 😊
Thanks so much! 🙏🏾

Woman, you have done it again! These are beautiful and you are phenomenal. The white top is excellent but the "no-sew" was so amazing, I would never have thought of saving it like that, yet you levelled up again! You are so inspirationally creative, I need what you're eating.

Thanks so much! 🥰 I was nervous, but I really needed it to work. 😅
At least you fix it right away. I usually just have a huge pile of fail projects to fix and I may get back to it in a couple years. The final result that worked looked great
😆 No I don’t. I just didn’t have time to do a new video this time.
I'm glad you shared the comeback cause some of us get there and throw it away
Oh yeah, I’ve done it before. 😆
I love your determination to get it right. Never give up. Great job.
Thank you 💕
I really appreciate you showing the missteps! It helps us learn how to trouble shoot and fix things ourselves.
Thank you 💕
This was pretty interesting and a bonus on this video you showed your thought process on fixing something that would be wearable by you because the first try did not come out how you thought it would. This video is awesome. I love the tops, although I definitely require more peplum. Yes, yes, yes definitely keep doing longer tops. I'm too old for crop tops. I love how you came back from the challenges because it's nice to see the fixes and how to, as Tim Gunn says, "Make it work". Thank you 💙🙏🏽💜
Yes, this was definitely a “make it work” moment! 😆
On a side note, I consider you the Peplum Queen. Your work is sharp and inspiration. 💙
Thank you 💕🥰
Hey! Those turned out real cute! I like the white one as is. You should wear it several times as a white top before you decide to dye it a different color. The black one is fun, too.
Yeah, you’re right. That way I can decide on a color based on what color I actually need in my wardrobe.
Really liked both. Styling them kicked them up a notch. Great job.
