I am so glad I've found your channel. I'm a very out-of-shape man approaching 70 after decades of a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Exercise suggestions from my massage therapist led me to seek videos to expand on what she told me and I found you. Your mom exercising with you gives me the confidence I can do them, too (and I can). So much easier to relate to than the typical videos featuring young and fit people who have not yet experienced aging. Thank you so much.

I really like the 25 minute walk and strength workout. It gets my heart rate up and the strength part challenges my muscles. I shall do the same again. For awhile it may be my go to workout. I am 71 years old and solid but heavy(198 lbs) If by the end of the summer I could get below 190 lbs I would be delighted and healthier. I'm 5 '4.5". Thank you for your great exercise videos! Donna

Greetings from Korea! I just wanted to say thank you for your awesome video. Grandma and I watch your video on a regular basis and work out together! It is really nice cause my grandma broke her leg and can't stand up, and the entire workout can be done sitting. Plus this includes some weight training too, which I really appreciate especially cause I want to keep the muscle mass intact for her. I wish my grandma could understand fun conversation you have with your mom in the video :D

I used water bottles as much as I could during the warm-up and the cardio I switched to 5 pound weights during the weight training and incorporated walking every time that I could and I was still able to achieve 2000 steps thank you so much, ladies

This is one of my favorite cardio/strength combo workouts, and I have done it many times before, but I usually follow your later posting of it (from March, 2022), for which you fixed the audio glitch that occurs in the middle of this video, so i haven't left a comment on this video before. Since I was already familiar with the moves (and since I could still see what you were doing), I had no trouble following when the audio went out for a little while. I also mixed things up with it a little bit this time. I started off with a quick warmup and then went to the second half of the workout first (strength training), then back to the cardio (I'm still trying to lose weight), and then forward to the cooldown, to which I added a few more stretches at the end. I also used 5-pound weights for all the dumbbell exercises for the first time. I was pleased that I was able to do it that way and hope to be able to continue using 5-lb. dumbbells with more and more workouts going forward, but I had to agree with Aiko when she yelled out, "torture!" during one of the strength moves! 😄😆

Love this workout-especially because of all the arm strength workout. I also lose the audio for a couple of minutes while doing the press up (Arnold?) exercise and a bit of next one. I used water bottles as much as I could during the warm-up and the cardio I switched to 5 pound weights during the weight training and incorporated walking every time that I could and I was still able to achieve 2000 steps thank you so much, ladies

This is one of my favorite cardio/strength combo workouts, and I have done it many times before, but I usually follow your later posting of it (from March, 2022), for which you fixed the audio glitch that occurs in the middle of this video, so i haven't left a comment on this video before. Since I was already familiar with the moves (and since I could still see what you were doing), I had no trouble following when the audio went out for a little while. I also mixed things up with it a little bit this time. I started off with a quick warmup and then went to the second half of the workout first (strength training), then back to the cardio (I'm still trying to lose weight), and then forward to the cooldown, to which I added a few more stretches at the end. I also used 5-pound weights for all the dumbbell exercises for the first time. I was pleased that I was able to do it that way and hope to be able to continue using 5-lb. dumbbells with more and more workouts going forward, but I had to agree with Aiko when she yelled out, "torture!" during one of the strength moves! 😄😆

Love this workout-especially because of all the arm strength workout. I also lose the audio for a couple of minutes while doing the press up (Arnold?) exercise and a bit of next one. Is this a glitch that’s developed in this program? Still follow along as visual is fine. Thanks for all your videos! You are a life saver for me!
