I will say, as a psychologist (not a clinical one specifically, but I teach clinical psychology), you aren’t alone on your mental health journey, and getting help or needing help isn’t bad. I’m proud of you for working to overcome it, but please be kind to yourself. It’s okay to need help from others, if you need it, especially when your brain doesn’t want to work with you. It’s not your fault if your brain is making things difficult and you don’t have to go through it or figure it out alone! ❤️ Basically, keep up the good work, but don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need it! ☺️
I really love TTMIK. I bought their workbooks/textbooks for levels 1-7, but if you just got the workbooks and not the textbook for the level you would be fine. The content in the lesson on their website and what is in the textbooks are the same, the textbook just has a few short exercises. The workbooks have more. What I really love from them is their other books that they have. I have the speaking and reading books and My 500 Words (there are way more than 500 in there though lol) and they are SO helpful and useful for learning how to say more complex things and understand some grammar better! I usually wait for them to have a book sale (there is one right now!!) to make the shipping cost to the US worth it. 한국어를 독학하는 좀 어려워요! 화이팅!!!
I don't know how you could maintain calm while opening the albums. Mines don't arrive yet, but I'm pretty sure that I'll cry so hard. I couldn't purchase doubles, but I hope I can't get the pc I want. When you said that we have the control to change or... Well, at least to make little changes in our own lives to create a healthy environment for our good, I felt inspired, and you encouraged me. I'm happy because you decided to take this decision, and as you said, every baby step counts so much. You have all my support, honey. I wish you the best. Take care of yourself. I will wait for more of your videos bc they are truly an inspiration. You have the power.

u should definitely get penny sleeves for ur pcs! overtime the acid from the collect book will has wear and tear on the pc
