I needed something to help my anxiety at night times and this was the best thing I have ran into. I listen to this every night before going to bed, sometimes I fall asleep listening to it.
Wear headphones for full binaural effect and to hear my softest whispers. I had a lot of fun experimenting with all of the different sounds. I hope you like it and that it gives you a lot of tingles :)
