The audio wasn't very clear which made it a little hard for me to understand the line of best fit however, the visuals used in this video gave me an indication of how to actually determine the line of best fit. I also found it very helpful that you showed examples of how to find the equation of the line of best fit and I am certain that this video will help me further my studies. There’s actually an equation to draw the perfect line, but in many occasions the questions don’t ask you for that, they want you to do it by hand.
Of course, when you do it by hand most likely it won’t be fully accurate.
However, the examiners have the ‘perfect line’ on a paper and put it on top of your line to see if they have a ‘tolerance’ to your line- most of the time they do. So you still get the same marks as if you were to draw the line perfectly.
I live in the UK and the examiners do this but I’m pretty sure it’s the same for America
