We had 5 previous trips to Maldives and 150 dives and never saw mantas, at Reethi we got lucky! Hanifaru Bay was No.1 for lots of mantas but they have restricted access recently. Single manta close ups were at Daravandhoo Thila. Depends on time of year, patience and luck! Sep is peak manta time, this was shot in Oct. I also have a full length DVD of all the dives, you can have it if you want more detail. Enjoy your holiday at Reethi Beach, it has to be one of the best Maldives islands!
