Shenequa Kimbro I don't know of the ones you just mentioned but it seems that these are two young leaders who are attracting a young congregation and this seems to be what this young generation is doing just to say that they went to church when asked. The church has turned into another place to get a good feeling but it doesn't really seem like the leaders are provoking people to change their lives for the kingdom. And if every time I see you on camera dancing then that only leads me to believe that you are giving people feel-good sermons, instead of convicting sermons. When REAL pastors stand for the truth of God’s word then you won't have a big following. In closing, I'll say this either live for God or go back into the world and do it the world’s way. I've been recently wakened by the real things that the church is not talking about, and if for just one minute these so-called pastors would stop buck dancing and tell the truth about who God really is then our communities, neighborhoods, our cities, and this nation won't be in such disarray! Breezy Yes, the devil is a lie..it looks as if this was a show that's why I said what I said referring to the red bottoms. What's sad is there are some people who think this is what church is? A whole bunch of shouting buck dancing and theatrical foolishness. We put so much into dancing that we spend little time in delievence. The true word of the Lord will cost you a lot to be different for Christ. This seems like the trend nowadays. Everybody coming to church with their phone on camera mode just to pull it out soon as they walk in and see something worth video tapping. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to church and see almost everyone if not everyone recording the service. Now if the true Holy Spirit is moving then why isn't everyone being impacted? Oh let me tell you why, it's because we are so consumed with pulling out our phones and not pulling out our hearts for the Holy Spirit to come in and change us for the use of his purpose and not our own!! I'm very discerning and I believe that I've spent enough time with my heavenly Father to know what is and what isn't the real as it pertains to the house of the most high God. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: for such turn away. And this is why we have NO power in and out of the church because we only seem to focus on the theatrics of church and not the reality of GOD. And yes the devil is a lie, but we only seem to call the devil out when someone doesn't say and or agree with what we are doing. The church seems to be more about entertainment rather than being about being set free. The God that I serve is way too big for almost every so-called pastor to preach the same type of Gospel with no substance. All it seems to be is men and women saying you gone reap your harvest, you gone come into some major wealth, you gone do big things for the kingdom of God.. Etc, etc. What about telling people to live right? What about telling people to change their nasty ways, what about telling people that the kingdom of God is at hand? We do all this shouting and showboating that God will come and we won't even see it because we are so busy wanting someone to see our little red bottom shoes, our million-dollar homes and our big old fancy this that and the other!! That at the end of the day won't even matter to God. We must do better is all I'm saying! There are some real pastors that really preach the word of God without all of the comical relief that we get in these churches nowadays. But what set these pastors aside is they really know what it takes to preach the gospel and it's not all this foolishness that we see in the house of God that's out today. So while you claim to pray for me pray that God will open your eyes to see just what's being said instead of pulling apart what I'm saying!
