Hey sana y don't u pls say how to move on from a grief since I lost my father 8 months ago and still am not able to handle those pain grief..... But when I look at u I feel so delight tht u have moved on so if possible could u pls make a short video on this topic..... Tht after loosing someone how to move on and continue our life coz it's getting difficult for me to continue this way
Sending strength your way. It’s never easy, it was never meant to be easy, that’s why its the biggest fear all of us have. I haven’t moved on and probably never will. How can you move on from your own parents? I choose to believe she’s still with me, in everything I do. Our parents never really leave us, part of them always remains with us. It’s a good idea to seek professional help to organise your thoughts. I did it too, helped a lot. I know you’ve heard it multiple times but stay strong, every passing day we learn to live with this grief and build our life again ❤️

Nd I am learning to continue to live with this grief as u mentioned.... But it really gives me strength to continue my life by seeing my mom and ur videos when u can continue then I can to.......
