Just a tip: There are 32 relocation teams, but the Oilers are exclusively for Houston, so the Panthers could have switched to be the Houston Oilers which would make the whole league "new" teams.

You wanted a 2nd franchise on TDB2, I think you should use the same file with 32 new teams, but instead of FA, do a Fantasy draft. A all new 32 teams fantasy draft and Raiders franchise would be a DEADLY combo on TDB2! Love the content keep the grind up you heavy carrying right now!

Did this a couple weeks ago but with a fantasy draft no idea how you were able to realease every player, way different feel. Also relocating a team to Houston gives you the oilers as a 32nd team, at least that’s what I did.
And the no offer strategy is really good when the players are all 90 ovr
