Waterford General Hospital does not have patients lying on trolleys awaiting admission to beds, unlike most other hospitals in the country.
Grace Rothwell, General Manager of the hospital from 2019-2023, tells us how she has done this. She was interviewed by health journalist Danielle Barron.
